We are a Slovak company based in Spišská Nová Ves and operational since 1995 as an union of shareholders. In 1999 we became a private company limited by shares. In the beginning we mostly dealt with repairs and modernizations of different makes and types of buses. During the first 10 years period more than thousand buses left ours gates.
